Tehran is willing to restart atomic talks with the United States as long as it is treated with "respect" and "honor", Iran's top diplomat has announced.

The Iranian diplomat stated exclusively dialogue was effective, and shared new appeals had originated from intermediaries to resume talks with the American leadership. He said Iran possessed no undeclared nuclear sites, and Tehran was not yet able to allow the International Atomic Energy Agency to inspect attacked atomic facilities for protective measures.

Navigating a Challenging Route

Araghchi is treading a complex course since Iran aims to avoid be seen to be proceeding from a position of disadvantage, and he consistently maintained that Iran had arisen more powerful defensively and emotionally from the Israeli-US attack on its enrichment centers in June.

He was talking at a strategic meeting in Tehran where he restated that Iran had "a fundamental entitlement to refine atomic fuel within its borders that it will never give up" – the primary cause of the deadlock in the previous talks.

Ideal Resolution Suggested

Iran's diplomats stated they felt they had attained a "magic solution" to the uranium processing matter in earlier negotiations, when it was decided an Iran-based consortium with US participation could process nuclear material. Both sides would have been able to assert triumph since domestic enrichment would have remained and the US could be confident that Iran's nuclear programme was exclusively peaceful.

It had not been settled in the discussions that American atomic experts could work within Iranian territory, but that was a reasonable assumption of the cooperative offer.
